Oberon’s presales and technical team take care of the integration of the solutions within the customer’s infrastructure. Supporting the reseller or working directly with the end-user, we carry out installations throughout Italy and Europe, both on site and remotely.

The installation service is provided by qualified and certified personnel, with in-depth knowledge of printing solutions and devices, taking into great consideration the requests and needs of the Customer.

The installation service may also include customizations developed ad hoc for each single project, an element not to be underestimated when it comes to analyze the project.

Once installation and configuration are complete, our specialists are available to provide users with basic trainings on the functionalities of the solutions that have been integrated.

Post-sales support

Once the installation is complete and users have been trained to get the benefits and features of the solution, our technical team is available to provide post-sales support. This type of service is often requested by our Customers who need professional support over the years, thus reducing the necessary skills and intervention costs in case of need. Post-sales support is carried out by qualified and certified personnel, with an in-depth knowledge of the solutions and devices, and can be provided by telephone, email, or remote sessions (eg. Team Viewer).

Each quotation created by our sales team illustrates the type of technical support included in the product maintenance and post-sales technical support packages. The choice of the type of support is at the discretion of the Customer, who will evaluate which level of support suits his needs best.


Development- Customization

There are many printing solutions, often apparently similar, and there are many solution integrators operating on the market. But what really makes the difference is the possibility of adapting these solutions to different business environments, with specific needs and often an heterogeneous installed base. Having the possibility to count on Oberon, a partner who is brand-independent, has access to the device development kits and possesses in-depth knowledge of the solutions is certainly a key point.

Our R&D team is able to customize solutions tailored on the Customer needs, and to develop ad hoc solutions.

Consultancy – POC

Our pre-sales team takes care of the customer’s project from the beginning. Through a careful technical analysis of the environment and of the installed base, focusing on the specific needs of the Customer, our consultants will propose the most suitable solution.

The project designed and proposed by the pre-sales team can be integrated with a POC (Proof Of Concept) so that the Customer can test the solution directly in the final environment and obtain an initial feedback on the benefits.
